Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Montessori Nursery
Location: Leatherhead
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours across 4 days
Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Montessori nursery in the Leatherhead area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support for children aged 0–5.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
- Support children’s learning, development and independence.
- Complete observations and assessments.
- Act as a key person and build strong relationships with children and parents.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment.
- Support daily routines, meals, toileting and personal care.
- Promote positive behaviour and children’s wellbeing.
- Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
- Nursery or early years experience.
- Good understanding of the EYFS.
- Passionate, caring and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
