CQC Registered Manager – Home Care
Location: Southampton
Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday + shared on-call rota
We are recruiting for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a small, established home care branch in Southampton, with additional responsibility for supported living accommodation in the local area.
This is a hands-on management opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with their team, service users and families while ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
The Role
Manage the day-to-day operation of a small home care service
Oversee supported living accommodation in the local area
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
Lead, support and develop the care team
Monitor care plans, safeguarding, audits and quality assurance
Build strong relationships with service users, families and professionals
Participate in a shared on-call rota
Support the continued growth and development of the services
About You
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
Experience within home care, domiciliary care or supported living
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
Confident people manager with excellent communication skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Package
Up to £40,000 per annum + bonus

Shared on-call rota
