CQC Registered Manager – Home Care
Location: Swindon
Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday + shared on-call rota
We are recruiting for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a small and established home care branch in Swindon.
This is a hands-on role for a confident care professional who can lead a team, maintain high standards of care and ensure the service continues to meet CQC requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the home care branch
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
Lead, support and develop the care team
Oversee care plans, audits, safeguarding and quality assurance
Build strong relationships with service users, families and professionals
Participate in a shared on-call rota
Support the growth and development of the service
About You
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
Strong home care/domiciliary care management experience
Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
